We are seeking an Associate to support our Chief Business Development Officer.

What you will do:

• Analyze market data and other information to identify priority business development opportunities;
• Develop and refine business development materials and presentations;
• Participate in external meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to support business development efforts;
• Assist in developing, tracking, and improving key performance indicators within the overall pipeline to ensure project success;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments & teams;
• Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to aid decision-making processes;
• Analyze and improve current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity.

What you need to have:

• 1-2+ years of strategy consulting /corporate strategy, investment banking and/or business development in a start-up environment;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills;
• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders in a structured manner;
• Ability to create trusting relationships at all levels of an organization;
• Ability to successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills to diffuse conflict and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve optimal solutions;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness and persistence through adversity;
