Josh Greenwald joins Sword as Chief People Officer

Sword Health is welcoming Josh Greenwald as our new SVP & Chief People Officer. Josh will lead Sword’s global people strategy and shape an AI-first employee experience, drawing on his deep experience guiding teams through large-scale transformation.

Josh brings more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience in Fortune 100 companies, guiding organizations through transformation, building strong cultures, and helping teams thrive through change. Most recently, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Elevance Health, where he led HR for more than 100,000 associates worldwide.
